Dhanbad Club was
established in 1926 during the British rule and was earlier
known as European Club.
Located in the centre of Dhanbad City amidst lush greenery. It
is about two K. M. from the local railway station. |
As soon as one
enters through the check point, lush green lawn of huge size is
a relaxing sight a complete relief from the buzzing city.
Maintained round the year with seasonal flowers, members love to
sit and enjoy their evenings here.
This lawn spread around the main building is also used for
organizing club programs which easily serves a gathering of 500
persons.
The Parapet serves the requirements of all club members. From
the early morning tennis players to the late night club
regulars, everyone coming to the club has this one place as the
meeting point. |

Between the main
entrance and the check point, Dhanbad club has a massive parking
area, concreted and with bays for parking of members vehicles. The
parking area is surrounded by flowers and trees and can hold more
than 75 cars. |
